BCW: TIMREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Ella Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of Illinois;
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Centez InduHr .c1 F-irh Unitya. 129
being a subdivision in Section (S)---3! , Township 41
Korth, Range 11, Enst of the Third Principal Meridian in
+Cook Counij, Illinois, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a pari; hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President- and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal, subjcct to
the c.pproval of the Village Engincer.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force W effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
