of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 - That the Village President be and is hereby authorized to
sign the attached documents marked Aancndment to :1nnexaticn Agreement rclatinc

a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof

AMENDMENT TO ANNEXATION AGREEMENT RELATING
TO 208 ACRES OF PROPERTY RUNNING FROM THE
SOUTH SIDE OF DEVON AVENUE TO THE NORTH
SIDE OF THORNDALE AVENUE AND WEST OF STATE
ROUTE #83
WHEREAS, The Village of Elk Grove Village did enter into
an Agreement with the Wheaton National Bank, as Trustee under
Trust No. 1333, Wallace Boesche and Evelyn Boesche, Marie H.
Schulze, Harold W. Schulze and Lydia A. Schulze, and Robert
A. Allabastro as to property commonly described in the
entitlement above and legally described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto on February 11, 1969 relating to the:
annexation and zoning of said property hereinafter referred
to as "Subject Property" ; and

WHEREAS, the La Salle National Bank as Trustee under
Trust No. 39270 is the present: owner and successor in interest
to all rights of the aforementioned named parties;and
WHEREAS, all parties concerned including the parties pre-
viously in interest acknowledge that it was their intention
at the time of execution of said Agreement that the termina-
tion date of said Agreement be January 14, 1974 and not
January 14, 1975 as set forth in said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, all parties in interest, both previous to date
and as of date hereof, agree to said amendment.
NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties
as follows;

1. That the Annexation Agreement entitled "Annexation

Agreement Relating to 208 Acres, More or Less, of Property
Running From the South Side of Devon Avenue To the North
Side of Thorndale, West of State Route # 83" heretofore

This instrument is executed by Tia Salle National Bank, not personally but
solely as Trustee, as .ioresaid, in the exercise of the power and authority
conferred upon and vested in it as such Trustee. All the terms, provisions,
stipulations covenants and conditions to be per_ormed by la Oalle National
