NOid, THEREPORE, BE IT RPSOLVED by the Fro:.!.dent and Boa-rd of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Cou:rt.ies of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section .1.. Ghat approval is hereby given the final }plat of subdivision

being a subdivision in Section (s) 22 , Township 41
North, Range 11., East of the Third Principal 1'enidian in
Cook —County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Cleric are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section I That this resolution shall be in full force and effect frail
and after its passage and approval according to law.
