follows:
Section 1: That the BANK OF ELK GROVE, of Elk Grove
Village, Illinois, as a designated depositary of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, is hereby requested, authorized and directed
to honor, pay and charge to the Village of Elk Grove Village all
checks or other orders for payment of money signed in the name
of the Village of Elk Grove Village when bearing the actual sig-
natures or when bearing or purporting to bear the facsimile
signatures of any two of the following:
Village Treasurer
Village Manager
Donald B. Eppley
Charles A. Willis
whether or not payable to, endorsed or negotiated by, or deposited
to the individual credit of any of said persons, and said BI1NK OF
ELK GROVE shall be entitled to honor, pay and charge the Village
of Elk Grove Village for all such checks on other orders for the
payment of money irrespective of by whom or by what means the
purported or actual facsimile signatures thereon may have been
affixed thereto if such signatures resemble the facsimile specimens
duly certified to or filed with said Bank.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk of the Village of Elk
Grove Village is hereby authorized to certify to said Bank a copy
of these resolutions and Specimens of said facsimile signatures
and said Bank is hereby authorized to rely upon such certificate
until it is formally advised by a subsequent certificate in
writing under the corporate seal. of the Village of Elk Grove
Village of any changes or alterations therein.
Section 3: That the aforementioned authority shall
apply to the following designated and numbered accounts and all
others:
General Account 10-011-0
Waterworks and Sewerage
Fund Revenue Account 10-002-1
Payroll Account 10-478-7

Section 4: That this resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval
according to law.

CORPORATE RESOLUTION FOR FACSIMILE SIGNATURES
I, ELEANOR TURNR, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I am the
duly elected and qualified Village Clerk, Village of Elk Grove
Village, and keeper of the corporate records and corporate seal
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the lavas of the State of Illinois
and that the following is a true and correct copy of certain
resolutions adopted at a meeting of the President and Board of
Trustees of said municipal corporation held on the 1,
day of. I , A. D. 19 ,; at which meeting a quorum
was present, and that said resolutions are set forth in the
minutes of said meeting, have not been repealed or modified,
and are now in full force and effect:
RESOLVED, that the BANK OF ELK GROVE, of Elk Grove
Village, Illinois, as a designated depositary of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, is hereby requested, authorized and directed
to honor, pay and charge to the Village of Elk Grove Village
all checks or other orders for payment of money signed in the name
of the Village of Elk Grove Village when bearing the actual sig-
