RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS LINCOLN
SUBDIVISION IN DEVON-O'HARE INDUSTRIAL PARK, UNIT NO. 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE President and Board cf Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page,
State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of
subdivision identified as Lincoln Subdivision in
Devon -O'Hare Industrial Park, Unit No. 2 being a
Subdivision of the South 105 feet of the North
1025.8 feet of the West 230 feet of the East 1050
feet of the North East quarter of Section 2, Town-
ship 40 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in DuPage County, Illinois, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully
set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby'
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
