RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS LOTS 5, 6 & 7. A

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Conk and Du Page, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
Lots 5, 6 and 7, a subdivision of part of Devon
identified as DIHarg Industrial Park Unit No. 1
the Northeast quarter of
being a Subdivisinn in/Section(s) 2 , Township 40 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Du Page
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached heret?and made
a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby autho-
rized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
