RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS CENTEX INDUSTRIAL
PARK UNIT 33
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Centex industrial Park Unit 33
the North Half
being a Subdivision in/Section (s) 34 Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That this approval is expressly conditioned upon the performance
of both of the following:
A. Delivery to the Village of performance bonds in
the sum of $5,000.00 to guarantee completion of
all improvements; and
B. Receipt by the Village of all necessary approvals
of the Metropolitan Sanitary District, both of said
conditions to occur not later than March 1, 1966.
Section 3. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authoh
rized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal, upon the performance of
both of the aforesaid conditions. If either of said conditions
does not occur by March 1, 1966, this resolution shall be null
and void.
Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
