NOW, THEREFOREy BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board cf Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Conk and Du Page, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby giiven the final plat of subdivision

the North East quarter of
being a Subdivisinn in/Section(s) 2 , Township 40 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Du Pare
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President: and Village Clerk are hereby autho-
rized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Sectinn 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
