A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PREPARED
BY THE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS RELATING TO IMPROVEMENTS ON
TOUEY AVENUE AND OTHER STREETS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois;
Section 1. That the plans and specifications prepared by
the Div s on 7cighways Department of Public Works and Buildings,
State of Illinois, dated 19th day of October 01962, for
portions of Touhy Avenue (C.H. Route 130) Wolf Road (C.H. Route 016)
Mount Prospect Road (C.H. Route 082) Elmhurst Road (C.H. Route 013),
Landmeier Road (C.H. Route 130) and Higgins Road (S.B.I. Route 63),
State Section 3035 -15D -2-Y and RS, a portion of which is in the
Village of Elk Grove in Cook County, Illinois, be and they are
hereby approved.
Section 2. It is further resolved that the Village Clerk is
herebyrec a to file in her office the plans and specifications
above described.
Section 3. It is further resolved that the Village Clerk is
hereby rec a to transmit two certified copies of this resolution
to the District Engineer, Division of Highways, State of Illinois.
