A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREETS AS SHOWN ON A PLAT OF DEDICATION OF
PUBLIC STREET
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page,
Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Falk Grove Village does hereby accept
a portion of Arthur Avenue as set, forth in a plat of dedication which
has heretofore been approve,3 and designated as "Plat of Dedication of
Public Street" as well as all public improvements, constructed or
installed on sai4 street, sai,1 acceptance being conditioned upon the
filing of a maintenance bond in the amount of $5,000.00 for a period
of two years.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED and APPROVED this 25th day of February, 1965.
