A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK CROVE VILLAGE, COUNTIES
OF COOK AND DUPAGE, ILLINOIS AUTHORIZING• THE TRANSFER OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE TRUSTEES OF SCHOOLS OF TWP.41
NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, COOK
COUNTY, ILLINOIS AND THEIR SUCCESSORS IN OFFICE FOR THE USE
AND BENEFIT OF COMMUNITY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.59•
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village is a Municipal Corporation,
organized under the laws of the State of Illinois: and
WHEREAS, Community Consolidated School District No. 59 is a duly
organized school district organized under the laws of the State of
Illinois: and
WHEREAS, the territories of the Village of Elk Crave Village lie
within the territories of Community Consolidated School District No. 59
or partially within and partially without the boundaries of said school
district; and
WHEREAS, the real estare herein described lies within the limits
of both the Village and the School District heretofore described; and
WHEREAS, Community Consolidated School District No. 59 together
with the Trustees of Schools of Township 41 North, Range 11, East of
the Third Principal Meridian, have taken any and all formal action nec-
essary to declare a public need for the property hereinafter described;
and
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Crove Village and Community Consolidated
School District No. 59 and the Trustees of Schools heretofore described,
have entered into an agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof providing for the mutual use of ad-
joining lands; and
WHEREAS, said parties have entered into a party well agreement,
marked Exibit "B" and attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority of the Statutes of the State of
Illinois, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Crove
Village find and declare that it is to the public interest that the real
estate hereinafter described be sold and transfered to the said Trustees
of Schools and Community Consolidated School District No. 59.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village:
Section 1. That pursuant to the provisions of the Illinois Revised
Statutes that the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk
Crove Village do hereby find and declare that to satisfy a public need
the following real estate be sold, conveyed and transfered to the Trust-
ees of Schools of Twonship 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, Cook County, Illinois and their successors in office for the use
and benefit of the Community Consolidated School District No. 59 in
accordance with and subject to the provisions of an agreement marked
Exhibit "A" attached.
Section 2. That the President and Village Clerk be and are hereby
authorized to sign for and on behalf of the Village of Elk Crove Village
a Deed of Conveyance to real estate legally described as follows:
The West 295.0 feet of Lot #2256 in Elk Crove Village Coati— k7,
being a Subdivision in Section 33, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois
(excepting from said tract of land the North 172.91 feet of the
East 110.27 feet thereof).
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, and approval according to law.
