SUBDIVISION DESIGNATED AS Lonsdale Road from Kennedy Blvd. to Eden
Road, Brentwood Ave. from Kennedy Blvd. to Eden Road, and Eden Road from
Lonsdale Road to Brantwood Ave. in Section 11 of the Village of Elk Grove
Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby
accept streets as set forth in a plat of subdivision which has hereto-
fore been approved and designated as Lonsdale Road from Kennedy Blvd.
to Eden Road, Brentwood Ave. from Kennedy Blvd. to Eden Road, and Filen
Road from Lonsdale Road to Brentwood Ave. in Section 11 of the Village
of Elk Grove Village.
as well as all public improvements, constructed or installed on said
streets, said acceptance being conditioned upon the filing of a main-
tenance bond in the amount of $_j, oo for a period of one
years.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
