RESOLUTION NO. 32-63
WHEREAS, Centex Construction Company and Mr. Jack Pritzker, of
TRUSTEES
FRANCIS J. DILLON
EUGENE V. KEITH
RALPH A. LEWIS
RALSTON D. MALONL•'K
GEORGL E. MULLEN
CHARLES J. ZETTEK, JR.
Chicago, are the owners of certain property in the Village of Elk Grave
Village on which there is a partially drilled well, and
WHEREAS, the Centex Construction Company and Mr. Jack Pritzker have
agreed to donate said property to the Village of Elk Grove Village for the
purpose of benefiting said community, and
WHEREAS, said well and well site can be made into a valuable adjunct
to the village water system and supply.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DoPage, Illinois:
Section 1. The President and Board of Trustees for and on behalf of
the Village does hereby express its gratitude to the Centex Construction
Company and Mr. Jack Pritzker of Chicago for the donation of the well and
well site and look upon it as continuing evidence of the public concern by
the developer.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send certified
copies of this resolution to the Centex Construction Company and Mr.
Jack Pritzker of Chicago.
