A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE TREASURER OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO PAY TO THE
CENTRAL NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO A SUM SUFFICIENT
TO GUARANTEE INTEREST DUE FEBRUARY 1, 1963 ON
WORKING CASH FUND BONDS DATED JULY 1, 1962
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village Treasurer is hereby
directed to immediately and forthwith pay to the Central National
Bank of Chicago the sum of $1,995 from the proceeds to be received
from the sale of the $100,000 Working Cash Fund Bonds dated July
1, 1962, said payment to be held by the Central National Bank of
Chicago in an escrow or trust account solely and only for the
purpose of promptly paying the interest due on February 19 1963
on said bonds, said arrangement being made so as to secure the
holders of said bonds and to assure them of the payment of inter-
est on the date stated.
Section 2. That the Village Treasurer is further
authorised to execute any and all documents which are necessary
to accomplish the foregoing.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force
and offset from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
