WEZM&p Kr. William R. Owndling is the owner of
certain property located along and upon Ridge Avenue some
500 to 700 fest north of Larval Street in elk Orovs Town-
ship# Cook Countyp Illinois. and
WMEASp Kr. Ousndling together with an adjacent
property owner ars the owners of lots 131 and 132,
Eranigar's Forest View Estates Sub -Division In Section 29,
Township 141# North Range I1# East of the Third Principal
Keridion# wk�leh property would be benefited by the improve-
ment hereinafter described.
W8RREA3p the said Kr. Guendling is desirous of tiling
a drainage ditch a distanss of 200 fat along Ridge Avenue
in accordance with the plans prepared by Kr. Z. N. Rstaber
marked Exhibit 01•0 attached borate and mads a part her ef.

the agreement and consent of the abuttiag property owner
who, with him, will benefit from the improvement herein

WMMNs g, the flooding oendition in this area
extends upon Ridge Avenue in the Village of Ilk Grove
Village and prevents public use of said Avenue, and
WHERBAB, the correction of the flooding situation
would also benefit the Village of Elk Grove Village in
that Ridge Avenue would then became more useable by the
public.
Now, therefore, it is agreed by and between the
parties
1. That Mr. William R. Guendling will install and
tile a drainage ditch on the property described above in
full accordance with the plans and specifications of Mr.
E. A. Fletcher, Village Engineer of the Village of Elk Orove
Village, which plans are marked Exhibit "1", attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
2. That upon the completion of this project in
accordance with the plans and specifications aforementioned,
and being so advised by Mr. E. N. Pletcher, the Village of
Elk Orove Village shall pay to the said Mr. William R.
Ouendling the sum of Six hundred ($600.) Dollars, provided
that said payment completes all indebtedness for the project
or until the Village Engineer is in the position to examine
the receipts for work done and &&sure the Village that all
bills for work, materials and labor for the project nave been
fully settled.
