A RESOLUTION ACCErTING LOTS 1160 AND 1650 IN
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, TOGETHER
WITH ANY IMPROVEMENTS THEREON
WHEREAS, the Great Northern Development Company by
deeds dated July 27, 1962 conveyed to the Village of Rik Grove
Village the following lands:
Lot 1460 in Elk Grove Village, Section 4, being a Sub-
division in the South half of !lection 2b and in the
North half of Section 33, both in Township 41 North,
Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, Cook
County, Illinois; and
Lot 1650 in Elk Grove Village, Section 1} , being a Sub-
division in the South half of Section 292 and the North
half of Section 33, both in Township 42 North, Range 11
East of the Third Principal Meridian, Cook County,
Illinois;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village, by
Its President and Board of Trustees, hereby accepts the convey-
ance of the two aforementioned lots with any improvements thereon.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
PASSED thisday of 1962.

MEMO FOR FILE
The original copy of this resolution and agreement was
sent, by Trustee Young, to Mr. Guendling.
On November 8, 1962 Trustee Young told me that the
agreement had not and would not be signed by Mr. Guendling.
