RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND THE
ELK GROVE WATER AND SEWER COMPANY, INC.
RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF THE WATER AND
SEWER UTILITY PROPERTIES OF SAID COMPANY BY
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do
hereby approve and do authorise the President and Village Clerk
of the Village of Elk Grove Village to execute on behalf of the
Village a purchase agreement, which purchase agreement provides
for the purchase by the Village of Elk Grove Village of the pro-
perties of the Elk Grove Water and Sewer Company, Ino., a copy
of which purchase agreement is attached hereto, made a part
hereof and incorporated by reference; and that the same shall
become a binding obligation in accordance with its terms upon
the Village upon its execution by the President and Village Clerk.
Sectional. That this resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
