RESOLUTION designating depositary
for Village funds
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Vilhkge, Cook County, Illinois:
SECTION 1. That the First National Bank of Das Plaines,
Des Plaines, Illinois, be and it is hereby designated as a depositary for
all funds of the Village of Elir. Grove Village in an account to be known as
'iVillage of Elk Grove Village"
SECTION 2. That all checks drawn an said account shall be
signed by the Treasurer, President and Village Clerk.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
upon its passage and approval according to law.
