RESOLUTION accepting Streets in the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Section 1.
South.
WHEREAS, De Soto B. McCabe & Associates, the engineers
for the Village of Elk Grove Village have submitted their repc,,rt and
recornrnendation with respect to the reconstruction of Streets including
curb&, gutters, drainage system. and public walks in Elk Grove Village,,
Section I South; and
WHEREAS, in and by said recommendation have advised the
Village Board that said public improvement has been completed in full
compliance with the plans and specifications heretofore approved by
this Village Board and recommend that the Village accept said streets
and public improvements and to maintain said streets in the fut-oze,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as follows:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village by its President
and Board of Fr—ustees hereby accepts all theme streets in Elk Grove ViMge,,
Section I South, from and including Crest Avenue and Woodcrest Lane
easterly to and including Wildwood Road (excluding therefrorn Iandmeier
Road) within the Village and agrees to maintain said streets.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
forthwith upon its adoption and approval according to law.
