Boston Fish Market has a few options on the table for buildings- They are
considering only this one in Cook County and the others are in Du Page County.
The three buildings being considered will incur renovations to fit Boston Fish
Market needs and will bring job and &mili.es to the city in which they pick. The
current operation in the building has been shut down for at least 2 years, and the
appro?dmate cost of renovation to the building could be up to $1,000,000- The
renovations will include a new goof, -new MVAC systems, coolers, freezers, new
electrical, some plumbing modifications, new parking lot, paint and remodeling of
office and warehouse areas. The new company to Elk Grove could bring 60-80
jobs to the area and generate a nice amount of tax revenue -
7) The cost of the project could range between $ 700,000 to 1,000,000
8) Elk Grove Village could receive 60-80 jobs from the Des Plaines and Detroit
