AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-1-6 LICENSE FEES OF THE ELK
GROVE VILLAGE CODE AMENDING THE LICENSE FEE FOR FOOD
DELIVERY VEHICLES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk
Grove Village Counties of Cook and DuPage Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the License Fees for Food Delivery Vehicles as set forth in
Section 3-1-6 License Fees of the Elk Grove Village Code be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Tvpe of Business Annual Fee Unless Otherwise Indicated
Food Delivery Vehicles 1-25 Stops S 50.00
26-50 Stops 100.00
51 Stops and over 150.00
Section 2: That Section 3-5 I-2-2 Application For License For Food Delivery
Vehicles be amended to read as follows:
3-5 I-2-2 Application For License:
Application for a license under this Section shall be made in conformity with the
general requirements of this Code relating to applications for licenses. In
addition, each application shall set forth the number of stops each licensed vehicle
or vehicles makes in the Village and such proof, as is deemed necessary, to verify
the number of stops.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
