Motion by Scott Peterson, seconded by Bob Stecki to approve previous minutes; motion
unanimously approved.
Treasurer's Report: Statement of account from Hilda, Motion to approve by AI Vrshek,
seconded by Mike Rogers, approved.
Old Business: per the Chief through Greg Riddle, the logo for the sweats that was
originally presented to the Fire Insurance Board over a year ago has been approved. A PO
will be done and sweats will be ordered in the future.
Motion to approve a 4's thermal imaging camera by Mike Rogers, seconded by Scott
Peterson, unanimously approved.
Battery Analyzers are still being worked on by Greg Riddle as well as a printer for the
Capt's. Car. Currently there are no 12-volt printers available, however a battery operated
color inkjet printer has been found and this may be feasible. Will get back to the board on
such.
Elections: Election's where held and finally approved. The results are as follows:
Rill Reid- 17 tesJ
Bob Stecki- 10 votes
Rich Keyworth- 10 votes
Due to a tie, a run-off election would have been held, however Rich Keyworth has
withdrawn. Elected members are Bill Reid& Bob Stecki.
2nd Shift, 2 opening's:
Phil Haverland: 17 votes
Bernie Goss: 10 votes
Scott Peterson: 9 votes
Rich Garchie: 3 votes
Phil Haverland &Bernie Goss are elected.
P shift, 1 opening:
John Fordon: 10 votes
Peter Gutzmer: 4 votes
Ted Popilewski: 1 vote
John Fordon is elected.
Congratulations to the new members and a thank you to all former board members for all
your time and effort since the beginning of this board.
A motion to accept the election made by Bob Stecki, seconded by Mike Rogers,
approved.
New Business: New board members.

New Board Members were appointed as follows:
President: Mike Rogers
Vice President: Bob Stecki
Secretary: Al Vrshek
Budget for 1999/2000
The new budget is due at the December2, 1998 meeting. All Budget
Requests were reviewed by the board, and a master list for 1999/2000 was
approved. Following is the list of items and the personnel responsible for
each item.
1. Rear view monitor and camera (Bob Stecki, Bill Reid)
2. Rain Gear (Bernie Goss)
3. Gear Bags (Bernie Goss)
4. Weight training equipment (Rick Krieger)
5. Professional advisor for health and training (Rick Krieger)
6. Leathemnan tool (Bill Reid, Al Vrshek)
7. Training Aids, Videos (Dickie Keyworth)
8. Portable Weather Station (Dickie Keyworth)
This list was reviewed, and accepted by the board members.
Motion to adjourned by Phil Haverland, seconded by Al Vrshek to adjourn,
unanimously approved, meeting adjourned @ 9:15p.m.
