Meeting was called to order at 6 p.m.
John Gullo and Ron Behm requested that since they were not in
attendance at the meeting on December 19 and were not able to
give their input, that Planning Resources also be interviewed.
It was the consensus that a decision be made after hearing the
two presentations scheduled fo.r tonight .
At 6:30 the Camiros Group made their presentation, which was
followed by a brief question and answer period. (See attached
list of guests present)
At 8 p.m. the Thompson Dyke team gave their presentation, which
was followed by a brief question and answer period. (See attached
list of guests present)
At 9:15 the Commissioners met and agreed to interview Planning
Resources. That interview will take place at 7 :30 a.m. on
January 30 and the Commission will again meet at 5:30 p.m. on
Thursday, February 6 to make their final decision on choosing a
consultant.
Meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
