Meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m.
Chairman Rettberg introduced Mr. Knickerbocker to the
Commissioners.
The Commissioners, Village Attorney and Staff discussed
Planning Resources' Draft Contract and their suggested
additions and/or revisions. When all were in agreement with
suggested changes, it was decided that the Village Attorney
and members of staff would meet with Mr. Pointner to discuss
our suggested revisions. 1't is the intention of the
Commission to present the final contract to the Village
Board for their approval at: the April 22 Village Board
Meeting.
Chairman Rettberg announced that after April 22, he will no
longer be a Village Trustee and therefore, will no longer be
able to serve as Chairman of the Commission. He thanked all
of the Commissioners and members of staff for their
dedication and work on the Revitalization project so far.
The next meeting was tentatively scheduled for Thursday, May
1, 1997.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
