1t'atse71 , Secretary Losch , Assistant Secretary Farley and
TroasL:rer Coney . Vice President Canary was ou duty , but
not present .
Minutes of previous board meeting were accepted.
Secretary Losch: reported that Sam Pitassi resigned on the
24th of Jime 1974 and that contri.buti.ons of ,$m' 4S . 26 were
refunded. Loscli moved that the Treasurer be authorized to
refunit above amount , Fancy seconded, motion carried . Losch
also reported that; Pat Turner of- the Finance Department had
indicated that 520 , 000 . 00 tcould be available for investment.

There followed the election cf officers . Farley nominated

carried . Losch =roved that the Secretary° cast one unanimous
