Minutes of Regular Quarterly Board Meeting,
Tuesday, January 10, 1978. Meeting Held in
The Staff Conference Room, Municipal Building,
901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village,
Illinois.

I{ President Diemer called the meeting to order at 7 :00 P.M.
( Roll call of officers : President Diemer, Vice President Canary,
Secretary Brandt, Assistant Secretary Farley, all present and
Treasurer Coney absent (excused for Village Board meeting) .
Minutes of the previous meeting held on Tuesday, October 11,
1977 which were previously distributed, were read and they were
approved as written.
Secretary Brandt reported there were five (5) members that had
withdrawn from membership, 3 by resignation, 2 by dismissal,
since the last meeting. The resignations were; Richard Rusch,
Russ Sonneveld & Michael Rader. The dismissals were; David Giles
& Fred Arbulu. All monies which constituted their contributions
to the fund were returned to them per their requests for refund.
All deficiencies which were found by the state examiner on his
annual inspection of recmrds, have been corrected by Secretary
Brandt.
George Coney, who at the last meeting had tendered his resig-
nation, has withdrawn said resignation & is once again on the
board as Treasurer.
President Diemer made a motion that ccpies of the newly revised
Pension Fund be made & distributed to all members so that they
can read it over & become familiar with the latest revisions.
Also to post a copy on the bulletin board at rear of station.
Motion seconded by Farley. Motion passed.
Vice President Canary stated that he would contact Treasurer
Coney for a financial report, if one is available, due to the
absence of Coney.
Being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned
at 7:45 P.M-
