The Board received a letter of retirement and request for pension benefits from Officer
Robert indurante. The Finance Dept. provided the distribution as follows:

Date of pension: September 12, 2008
Creditable service: 30 years, 5 months
Original rate of pension: 75%
Salary- $76,385.43
Original pension amount: $57,289.07
Original monthly benefit: $4,774.09
First month prorated amount {19 days): $3,023.59
Eligible for increase: July 01, 2010
The Board received the following bills:
$175.00 for attorney Reimer re: April legal fees
$252.16 for attorney Reimer re: July legal fees
$917.83 for attorney Reimer re.- August legal fees
-$87.50 for attorney Reimer re- September legal fees
Garr, seconded by Krzywicki, made a motion to approve these bills. Unanimous.
Ambrose announced the next meeting would be January 27, 2009 at 3:30 p-m. at 901
Wellington, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Greenberg, seconded by Torres.
