HomeMy WebLinkAboutPLAN COMMISSION - 01/09/1980 - TRITON II SUBDIV MINUTES Elk Grove Village Plan Commission January 9, 1980 A special meeting of the Plan Commission was called to order by Chairman Kenna at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 1980 in the Staff Conference Room of the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue. MEMBERS PRESENT: MEMBERS ABSENT: Kenna, Edward W. , Chairman Cummins, Leah, Secretary Farley, Donna O. Geinosky, Frederick C. STAFF PRESENT: Glass, John R. Stephen M. Feller, Mullen, George E. Administrative Assistant Stangeland, Orrin J. Triton II Subdivision Thomas Malato and Tom McCabe were present on behalf of U.S. Development to discuss a Plat of Subdivision consisting of seventeen (17) lots on a 9.6 acre parcel located on the north side of Landmeier Road, approximately 170 feet west of Lively Boulevard. Kenna began by asking whether the developers would pay to construct Bonnie�Lane through the Chicago District Pipeline right-of-way. Malato replied that an agreement with the utility company binds the developers to construct the road. Glass moved to approve the Plat, subject to confirmation from the Village Engineer that the 40 feet of right-of-way dedicated for Landmeier Road is consistent with that dedicated by the property owners immediately to the east and west of the proposed subdivision. Farley seconded the motion and all present voted 'AYE' . Schedule of Meetings The consensus of the Plan Commission was to cancel the regular meeting scheduled for January 16, 1980. The next regular meeting of the Plan Commission will be held on February 6, 1980. The meeting adjourned at 8:55 p.m. Submitted by: JCA Stephen M.
