MINUTES
ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION
September 17, 1975
The regular meeting of the Plan Commission was called to order
at 8:30 p.m. , on Wednesday, September 17, 1975 in the Staff Conference
Room of the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue.

Due to lack of quorum, no official business was conducted.
However, since Centex officials had arrived prepared to discuss the
drafts of R-5 and A-2 specimen ordinances , a preliminary explanation
and discussion was held. The R-5 and A-2 drafts represent alternative
approaches for development of the Vale Tract P.U.D. Plan Commission
members will be receiving copies of these drafts marked with margin
notations to indicate sections that are substantially different from
the R-4 designation currently used for P.U.D. ' s. It is the desire of
the Plan Commission to discuss the draft ordinances at the next regular
Commission meeting on October 1st.
