It was Mr. Sass 's intent to erect a building for use by a printing company. The Plan Commission unanimously accepted the proposed use if all Village requirements are met. VALE TRACT (8:30 P.M.) Tod Trayser recommended a new PUD district to apply not only to the Centex proposal , but also to other developments which might come before the Village. There would be a base density of 6 D.U. 's/acre with an upper limit of 8 D.U. 's/acre allowed on an incentive basis . The incentives should follow good design and encourage amenities . For an example, a larger number of dwelling units (not less than the base of 6 D.U. 's/acre nor greater than 8 D.U. 's/acre) would be allowed should a developer provide tennis courts , underground parking, pools, reduced bedroom count, additional recreational lands , etc. The Commissioners tentatively agreed to the following incentives for an R-5 district: 1 . Minimum 30' wide greenway at rear of dwelling units. 2. Large recreational/educational sites fed by the 30' wide greenways. 3. Incentive items which are firm and measurable: a.
