ELK :GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION
March 17, 1975
The George Gaurilos public hearing was called to order at 8:06 P.M
on Monday, March 17, 1975 in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Building,
901 Wellington Avenue.
MEMBERS PRESENT: MEMBERS ABSENT:

Edward Hauser Thomas Hamilton
William Wesley Joseph Cimino

Gary Parrin, Administrative Ass't.
Thomas Rettenbacher,
Building Commissioner
The Petitioner desires to construct a one-story, 250-seat capacity,
restaurant at the southwest corner of Devon Avenue and York Road. Currently,
a hot dog stand is at the corner.
Chairman McGrenera stated that the Commission will consider the
petition for a special use permit.
At 8:30 P.M. the hearing was adjourned. The Plan Commission reconvened
in the Staff Conference Room.
Telar Resubdivision
Klyber moved to approve Telar Resubdivision, Mayfair Industrial Park,
Subdivision Lot 6. Krasnow seconded the motion. All present voted 'AYE' .
The Plan Commission ratified its March 7, 1975 vote on Telar
Resubdivision since action was taken at a workshop meeting which was not
a published meeting for the Plan Commission.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:57 P.M.
