The special use permit was requested to be in effect until
dealings between Britannica and Prince of Peace Church might be severed.
In addition, Britannica has surveyed the area prior to their petition
to determine need and the market for a preschool . The facilities at
the Church will meet all requirements for safety of the children.

Yankee Doodle Dandy
The Commission did not take action on the special use permit
requested by Yankee Doodle Dandy for the following reasons :

report has not been received.
2. A question was raised concerning how the Yankee
Doodle Dandy proposal conforms to the definition
of a front yard in an industrial area.
3. Is landscaping within the authority of the
Commission?
4. Must Yankee Doodle Dandy conform to the requirements
of Exhibit "A" of the Centex Industrial Park
Covenance.
J . L. Williams
Cummins moved for approval of J . L. Williams ' petition for
rezoning. It was seconded by Cimino.
The discussion led to Wesley mentioning that aesthetics are
lacking and there is no assurance of sales tax revenue, but it will be
a good facility for the Industrial Park.
