The meeting was called to order by Chairman Glass at 8:15 p.m.

Conditional Business Use
A draft recommendation to the Judiciary, Planning and Zoning
Committee was reviewed. Paliganoff's motion to approve the recommenda-
tion was seconded by Geinosky; whereupon, the motion was approved by
unanimous voice vote. Chairman Glass signed the recommendation and
directed that it be forwarded to the JPZ Committee.
Comprehensive Master Plan
Examination of the Elk Grove Village Official Map (adopted by
Ordinance No. 570, October 22, 1968) was begun. The Plan Commission's
objective is to review all parcels in the Village, and all parcels in
unincorporated areas around the Village, in order to make a recommenda-
tion as to how each parcel should be designated for future use on the
Official Map.
This evening's review and discussion dealt with lots located to
the west of Beisner Road extended. It was noted that the disposition
of many properties west of Beisner Road could be greatly affected by
the extension of Rohlwing Road and construction of an interchange at
Route 53 and Biesterfield Road.
It was decided that an accumulative list of specific questions
pertaining to the Comprehensive Plan would be"maintained to provide
a running record of considerations,. comments and conclusions.
