SUBDIVISION/CONDITIONAL BUSINESS USE Minutes ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION Wednesday, December 1, 1982 The regularly scheduled meeting of the Plan Commission was called to order at 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 1982 in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue. MEMBERS PRESENT: Glass, John R. , Chairman Cummins, Leah, Secretary Geinosky, Frederick C. Mullen, George E. MEMBERS ABSENT: Fulton, Clark Paliganoff, David J. Stangeland, Orrin J. Great-West Industrial Subdivision It was moved and seconded to approve a railroad siding easement on the plat of subdivision. The Building and Engineering Departments have reviewed the revised plat and find it to be acceptable. The motion was approved unanimously by those present. Conditional Business Use It was recommended that the following arterial streets be considered for Conditional Business Use: 1) Higgins Road 2) Elmhurst Road 3) Busse Road 4) Devon Avenue (East of Tonne Road) 5) Oakton Street (East of Lively Boulevard) 6) Landmeier Road (East of Lively Boulevard) 7) Nerge Road (East of Rohlwing Road to Devon Avenue) The following arterial streets were discussed; it was recommended that the zoning remain as is, until the area is further developed and development trends can be observed. 1) Devon Avenue (West of Tonne Road) 2) Arlington Heights Road 3) Meacham Road 4) Biesterfield Road 5) Rohlwing Road 6) Tonne Road nest page, please . . .
