ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION
Wednesday, September 1, 1982
The regularly scheduled meeting of the Plan Commission was called to
order at 8:11 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 1982 in the Multi-Purpose
Room of the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue.

Minutes of the August 18, 1982 Plan Commission meeting were approved by
a unanimous voice vote.
Docket 82-3: Petition of the First Arlington
National Bank and John Gullo to rezone Lots 1 and 2
in the Gullo International Office and Industrial
Center Subdivision from Office Transitional (O-T)
to Restructed Industrial District (I-1) .
The Plan Commission examined a memorandum from the JPZ Committee
dated August 24, 1982 regarding Docket 82-3. Discussion of its contents
followed. Chairman Glass requested additional information and/or
authorization from the Village Board to commence appropriate proceedings
consistent with the intent of the above referenced communication.
Downsized Housing
Glass announced the cancellation of a meeting between the Village
Board and Cextex Homes to discuss downsized housing previously scheduled
for September 21, 1982. Commission members requested to be kept -advised
of a new meeting date and time.
Hartmann's Subdivision
A two-lot plat of subdivision located at the northeast corner of
Lively Boulevard and Garlisch Drive was inspected by the Plan Commission.
Mullen's motion to approve the plat was seconded by Paliganoff; whereupon
the Commission unanimously voted in favor of accepting the plat. Chairman
and Secretary signed the linen.

Great-West Industrial Subdivision
Glass directed that the above referenced plat be placed on the
Plan Commission Agenda for September 15, 1982. Representatives of the
property owner will attend to discuss various aspects of the subdivision.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:20 p.m.
