The Chairman notified the Commission that a Public Hearing had been called for
April 27 at 8 p.m. on the request to re-zone the 6.9 acreas on the Southwest
corner of Landmeier and Rt. 83 from M-2 to B-2.
Bill Ballard moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats of the
Higgins Road Commercial Unit #16. It was seconded by Leah Cummins; vote was
unanimous.
Leah Cummins moved the approval of the preliminary and final of Centex Industrial
Park North Unit 3; seconded by Jack Denny; vote was unanimous.
Leah Cummins moved for the approval of the preliminary plan of Section 15,
subject to the final plat being submitted showing the deletion of the proposed
garden apartments and service station; seconded by Jack Denny; vote was unanimous.
