The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Jack Denny
Leah Cummins
Bill Ballard
Dick McGrenera
Jack Pahl
The Chairman notified the Commission of the request for a Public Hearing
on the rezoning of approximately 6.9 acres on the Southwest corner of
Route 83 and Landmeier Road. A B-2 classification is requested.
The balance of the meeting was spent discussing the 1100 acres; also the
probability that a new plat would be submitted on the apartment develop-ment.
