PLAN COMMISSION MEETING March 9 , 1967
The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Gayle Bantner
Jack Denny
Dick McGrenera
Jack Pahl
Bill Ballard
The BOUC Property Public Hearing of January 19 was again discussed. The follow-
ing items were taken into consideration:
1. A special use was requested for only one building.
2. The proposed construction had been cleared by O'Hare Field.
3. The surrounding zoning is M-1 which is compatible.
4. It would consolidate the village boundaries .
5. It could expedite the development of the Village assisting in
tax revenue.
Based on the above, Dick Mc Grenera moved for the approval of the recommendation
for a special use to construct a clinic on said property, also the pre-annexation
zoning requests of parcels 2 and 3. It was seconded by Bill Ballard. Vote was
unanimous.
In the discussion which followed, it was pointed out that the above recommendation
was based on the Village Board being satisfied from their hearing that the de-
veloper will take care of streets, roads, sewers, etc, also the right of way on the.
Reimer Property.
Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the final plat on Higgins Road Commercial
Unit #15, seconded by Jack Denny, vote was unanimous.
The Chairman stated he would draw up a proposed recommendation to the Village
Board on the 1100 acres. � �
