The members present were:
Steve Schwellenberg, Chairman
Dick McGrenera
Gayle Bantner
Leah Cummins
Bill Ballard
Since the Village Board had rejected the recommendation of the Plan Commission
on the 1100 acres requesting they provide a more complete recommendation, an
extensive discussion was held on this.
The question of a minority report was raised. It was decided to discuss this
at a future meeting.
Leah Cummins moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats on
Centex Industrial Park Unit 58. Gayle Bantner seconded it; vote was unanimous.
