The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Gayle Bantner
Jack Denny
Bill Ballard
Dick McGrenera
Leah Cummins
Leah Cummins moved for the acceptance of Greenleaf between Tonne and Laibley
Boulevard. Gayle Bantner seconded; the vote was unanimous.
Leah Cummins moved for the approval of the preliminary and final of Centex
Industrial Park Unit 55. Jack Denny seconded; vote was unanimous.
A discussion followed on the plat of survey on the proposed apartment develop-
ment. No decision will be made at this time since the Commission is awaiting
the report from the Village Manager.
After the discussion, it was decided to delay the recommendation on the 1100
acres to the next meeting.
