The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Jack Denny
Dick Mc Grenera
Leslie Knudson
Bill Ballard
Gayle Bantner
Jack Denny moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
on Centex Industrial Park Unit #54. Les Knudson seconded it;
vote was unanimous .
Dick McGrenera moved for the approval of the preliminary and
final on Valborg Subdivision in Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park
Unit #1. It was seconded by Jack Denny. Vote was unanimous .
With respect to the hearing held on November 30 concerning the
rezoning of 1 ,100 acres , it was decided to withhold recommendation
to the Village Board until further consideration could be given,
which included a meeting with the Park Board and School Boards .
The Chairman will be checking into this .
