PLAN COMMISSION MEETING September 22, 1966
The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Leah Cummins
Dick McGrenera
Bill Ballard
Leslie Knudson
Leah Cummins moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
of Centex Industrial Park Unit #108. It was seconded by Dick
McGrenera and the vote was unanimous .
Dick McGrenera moved for the approval of the preliminary and
final of Centex Industrial Park Unit #102. Leah Cummins
seconded it ; vote was unanimous .
On the Orszulak subdivision, Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park
Unit #25 the final was referred back due to inconsistencies
in the measurements on easements .
The balance of the meeting was spent discussing the proposed
apartment development . It was felt insufficient information
had been furnished to the commission.
