The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Dick McGrenera
Bill Ballard
Jack Denny
also Evan Stebbens and Robert Winkle of Centex
Centex requested a variation from 40 feet to 36 feet on a portion
of Bennett and all of Walter, Kelly and Gordon Streets in the
Higgins Road commercial area. The main emphasis was placed on
Bennett Street at this time. The Plan Commission will take this
under consideration and will advise them of our recommendation at
a future date.
A discussion was held on Lot 3559 , Section 12 consisting of eight
acres commercially zoned. The property is located in the area
of the intersection of Devon and Arlington Heights Road.
Centex desired the Plan Commissions opinion as to their proposed
division of lots and location of streets .
The balance of the meeting was devoted to the discussion of the
proposed ordinance.
