The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Dick Mc Grenera
Leah Cummins
Bill Ballard
Dick McGrenera moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
on Centex Industrial Park - Unit #43 . Leah Cummins seconded the
motion and the vote was unanimous.
Dick McGrenera moved for the approval of Centex Industrial Park -
Unit #41 - including Lot 70 , also for the dedication of Lunt Avenue
from Lively Boulevard west to Tonne, and that part of Lively Boule-
vard from the north line of Lunt to a point 345 feetand Lot A from
the west side of Lively to a point 1150 west , subject to receiving
a $10 ,000 performance bond for all public improvements on Lunt .
The amount of the bond was computed using the ratio of that required
on Lot #33.
Leah Cummins seconded the motion: the vote was unanimous.
Leah Cummins moved for the approval of the preliminary and final on
Unit #42 , subject to receiving the appropriate performance bond in
the amount of $9 ,000 for the improvement to Lunt. Bill Ballard
seconded the motion, and the vote was unanimous .
The balance of the meeting was devoted to the Plan Unit Development
of the proposed ordinance.
