The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Dick McGrenera
Jack Denny
Bill Ballard
The discussion centered around the elimination of the flood plain
district matter of the proposed ordinance. The Commission felt
they would prefer to use the general statement that no building
would be allowed in the flood plain area.
Centex Industrial Park - Unit 41 - preliminary and final plats
were submitted. The committee postponed discussion and approval
until the next regular meeting in July.
The balance of the meeting was spent discussing the proposed
ordinance page by page starting with II-1 and ending with
III-8.
The chairman made notes of the proposed changes to submit to
Tec-Search.
