The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman

The Chairman's letter to the president and board of trustees
dated May 3 , 1966 and the subsequent reply from Jack Pahl
dated May 4 , 1966 are hereby made a part of the minutes .
Steve Schwellenbach notified the Commission he was meeting
with Attorney Hofert Saturday a.m. to discuss the proposed
ordinance.
The balance of the meeting was spent discussing the recommendations
of Trustee Garrity.
The Chairman reminded the Commission of the meeting May 11 at
8 p.m. with the Village Board , and also of the meeting on
May 12 at 8 p.m. at the Grove Jr. High with various village
groups to hear the Tec-Search presentation.
Chairman Schwellenbach stated he would check on the publishing
of the notice.

SUBJECT: Plan Commission Personnel
As a result of recent discussions by the Plan Commission, I was directed
to request that a meeting between the President, Board of Trustees and
the Plan Commission be held as soon as possible for the purpose of dis-
cussing Plan Commission personnel.
The decision of the President and Board of Trustees regarding this
request is respectfully requested in the very near future.

In response to the request of the Plan Commission Chairman, Mr. Stephen
C. Schwellenbach, dated May 3, 1966, I am calling a Joint meeting of
the Board of Trustees and the Plan Commission for Wednesday, May 11,
1966, at 8 P.M. in' the Conference Room.
Please make every effort to attend this meeting.
