The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Leah Cummins
Bill Ballard
Dick Mc Grenera
Leslie Knudson
Gayle Bantner
also Frank Ellis of Tec-Search and George Majoris
The chairman informed the commission of the public hearing
scheduled for 8 pm April 13 regarding the petition by
Texaco for rezoning of the southeast corner at the inter-
section of Landmeier and Tonne Roads for a gas station
site also hearing A-2 multi family dwellir.'l.g regulations .
The questionnaire provided by the 8th Annual Metropolitan
Planning Conference (Public Hearing 1965) was completed
on the basis of the majority of opinions .
Frank Ellis presented the new, revised, proposed zoning
ordinance draft which is a consolidation of all suggestions
and meetings to date. He also discussed with the Commission
the submitted "initial policy statement , comprehensive plan" .
The Commission will review the items and have Attorney
Hofert at a meeting in the near future to discuss the ordinance
with Tec-Search at the appropriate time.
Leah Cummins moved to approve the preliminary and final plats
of the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park, Unit #1 , Lot 9. Gayle
Bantner seconded it ; the vote was unanimous .
Dick Mc Grenera moved for the approval of the preliminary and
final plats of Lot 1-A, Howard Hirsch and Robert Hirsch sub-
division. It was seconded by Leah Cummins : vote was unanimous .
Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the preliminary and
final plats of Lot 8, the subdivision of part of Devon-O'Hare
Industrial Park Unit #1 . It was seconded by Bill Ballard.
The vote was unanimous .
