6. CONSENT AGENDA
ab. Consideration to adopt Resolution 32-18 authorizing the Mayor and Village Clerk to
execute a Redevelopment Agreement between the Village of Elk Grove Village and Elk
Grove Holdings, LLC.
(This is a redevelopment agreement between the Village of Elk Grove Village and Elk
Grove Holdings, LLC.
(This agreement provides for Elk Grove Holdings to re -tenant the vacant anchor space at
the Elk Grove Town Center.
(The final agreement will be made available at the Village Board Meeting.)
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable Federal and State
laws, the meeting will be accessible to individuals with disabilities. Persons requiring auxiliary
aids and/or services should contact the Village Clerk, preferably no later than five days before
the meeting.
