The following members were in attendance:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Dick Mc Grenera
Jack Denny
Bill Ballard
also George Majoros
Dick McGrenera moved that the Chairman and Secretary
be authorized to sign the preliminary and final plat
of Centex Industrial Park, Unit 33 , Lot 62, and the
dedication of Lunt Avenue between Lively Avenue and
Route 83 subject to the receipt of performance bond
with a minimuLn of $5 ,000 .00 from Centex to cover the
cost of improvements to Lot 62 and the letter from the
Sanitary District Engineers guaranteeing a sewer hookup
for said lot .
The motion was seconded by Jack Denny; the vote was
unanimous .
Dick McGrenera moved the approval of Centex Industrial
Park, Unit 34, Lot 63 and 64. Bill Ballard seconded it ;
vote was unanimous .
