The following members were in attendance:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Jack Denny
Dick Mc Grenera
Lesley Knudson
Jack Pahl
Bill Ballard
also Frank Ellis of Tec-Search, Inc. and George .Majoros
Les Knudson moved that the Plan Commission approve the
final plat of the first addition of Section 12; Jack
Denny seconded; the vote was unanimous .
Dick Mc Grenera moved for the approval of the final
plat of Centex Industrial Park, Unit #32 deleting
the reference to the twenty-five foot easement which
had been made in the motion of the previous meeting.
Jack Denny seconded , and the vote was unanimous .
Les Knudson moved for approval of the final plat on
Lots 5 , 6 , and 7 the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park.
Bill Ballard seconded; the vote was unanimous .
The balance of the meeting was spent discussing the
proposed zoning ordinance with Tec-Search.
